1) What is required to set up an account with Nissi Caps?

A) If you are interested in creating an account with Nissi Caps, please see our Customer Registration Page Here you will be able to simply apply through our website.

 

2) Can anyone purchase from Nissi Caps?

A) Currently, Nissi Caps only sells to business customers, Wholesalers and Retailers.

 

3) Is a Resale Certificate required to make a purchase with Nissi Caps?

A) Your state issued Resale Certificate is required to create a registered account with us and also to make purchases.

 

4) What options are available for delivery?

A) Currently, we ship using USPS. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

5) Do you offer Will-Call?

A) Yes, Will-Call is available for local customers only. You can choose shipping options at checkout. 

*If you choose Will-Call, please allow 24-hours for processing

 

6) Do you offer samples?

A) We currently offer an assorted sample box of one dozen caps. This sample box includes one sample cap of each style. Only available in dozen, and one per customer. If you have more questions regarding our sample box, please contact us. Nissi Caps Sample Box

 

7) Do you ship international?

A) Yes, USPS International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

 

8) Can an order be returned?

A) At this time, we do not accept returns. But please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
